Description
This burger bowl recipe has everything you love about a classic burger, but served fresh and bun-free in a bowl. It’s perfect for quick dinners or healthy meal prep.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (85/15 or leaner)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
¾ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp yellow mustard
4 cups lettuce or spring mix
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
¼ cup shredded cheddar
1 tbsp bacon bits (optional)
½ avocado, sliced (optional)
SAUCE:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp relish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp onion powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break apart.
Stir in spices, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 6–8 minutes until browned.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Layer lettuce in bowls and top with tomatoes, onions, pickles, and cheese.
Add hot beef mixture over vegetables.
Drizzle sauce over the top and garnish with bacon bits or avocado.

You can prep the meat and sauce ahead for easy meal prep.
