This natural Mounjaro recipe blends herbs like berberine, green tea, and ACV to support blood sugar, reduce cravings, and aid digestion.
Ingredients
1 tsp berberine powder (or 500mg capsule)
1 green tea bag or 1 tsp loose tea
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1½ cups filtered water
Instructions
Boil water and pour over green tea, ginger, and fenugreek in a mug.
Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
Stir in cinnamon and cayenne.
Add ACV and berberine powder (if not using capsule).
Stir well and sip slowly before meals.
