A quick and natural pink salt drink with lemon and vinegar to support hydration and digestion.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Warm the water but don’t boil it.
Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the glass.
Sprinkle in a small pinch of pink salt.
Stir well and sip slowly first thing in the morning.
Notes
Use a reusable glass bottle for prep ahead.
Best consumed on an empty stomach for optimal absorption.
